Check Date: We’re working on a revised Data Zone bundle – MTN to customers
MTN Ghana has apologized to its customers for not communicating clearly about the suspension of its Data Zone bundle.
The telecommunication network suspended the Data Zone bundle on April 5, 2023.
However, in a statement issued on April 12, 2023, the company explained that the suspension was due to a review of the bundle offer in accordance with the Significant Market Power (SMP) directives applied to MTN Ghana in June 2020, which mandated that it not offer the lowest-priced service in the industry.

The company is currently collaborating with the regulator to develop a revised Data Zone bundle that complies with the SMP directives and can be reinstated as soon as possible.
MTN Ghana promised to keep its customers informed of any developments and assured them that it would continue to introduce innovative and affordable products and services.
The Data Zone bundle offers discounted rates for one-day validity and is available through a short code subscription.
