How to Apply for UPSA Admission Form 2023/2024
To ensure a smooth application process, please follow these steps carefully:
- Visit the UPSA admission portal at https://upsasip.com/adm-area or https://admissions.upsa.edu.gh/ to access the application form.
- Purchase an online serial number from any of the accredited vendors. Clearly indicate whether you’re applying for an undergraduate or postgraduate program.
- Log in to the UPSA admission portal using the Online Serial Number (OSN) provided to you.
- Select your mode of entry and indicate your entry type, such as Post WASSCE/SSCE, Post Diploma, Matured, etc. Click submit to proceed.
- Fill out the application form and upload a clear passport picture. The image should be in .jpg, .jpeg, .png, or .gif format and not exceed 100KB in size.
- Double-check your application form for accuracy before submitting it.
- Once submitted, a reference number will be generated and sent to the phone number you provided.
- After submission, track and print the online application form for your records.

- Any Ecobank or Access Bank branch nationwide
- Any Ghana Post (Post Office) branch nationwide

Important Information Every UPSA Applicant Must Know
- Ensure consistency in your name and picture on the registration slip to avoid disqualification.
- Your names on your ‘O’ or ‘A’ Level Certificates and other registration documents must match.
- Applicants must be at least sixteen (16) years old or above to be eligible.
- Candidates awaiting SSCE results or its equivalent are also eligible to apply as long as the results will be available at resumption.
- Changing your program after submitting the application form is not allowed.
- Register using a valid personal telephone (GSM) number and email address.
- Submit your application form on time, as forms received after the deadline will not be processed.
- Registration is entirely online, so there’s no need to be physically present on the university campus.
- Additional documents will not be accepted once the application form is submitted.
