School bus crashed into a ditch and 14 kids were hurt.
In the Ashanti Region’s Kumasi, the Great Faith Rockery School bus crashed into a ditch on Tuesday, injuring at least 14 students who were on board.
While the other students are being treated at the Asokwa Children’s Hospital, four of the students aboard the bus are being watched at a private facility in Ahodwo.
The police confirmed that the accident, which happened during rush hour, resulted in gridlock on the Ahodwo-Asokwa stretch.
Eyewitnesses claim that the driver lost control of the steering wheel, veered off the road, and fell into a ditch.

The kids’ conditions are stable, according to the doctors.
The good news, according to Dr. Fred Fongang of the Asokwa Children’s Hospital, is that they are essentially stable.
Several of them will have X-rays because four of them have minor injuries. However, the majority of them are stable and will return for review after going home.
According to the tests we conducted, the children are safe. So, the parents must maintain their composure, he said.
