Saudi Arabia declares a national holiday for winning Argentina

Saudi Arabia has proclaimed tomorrow a national holiday after defeating Argentina in the ongoing Qatar 2022 World Cup.

Saudi Arabia, the second-lowest-ranked team in the competition after Ghana, fell behind 1-0 in the encounter after Messi converted a penalty in the 10th minute.

However, Saudi Arabia ignored caution at the opening of the second half and charged at Argentina’s defense in front of an enraged 88,012 spectators.

Al-Dawsari curled in a scorching shot from the edge of the penalty area in the 53rd minute, leaving Argentina and Messi in the Group C opener looking completely shell-shocked. Saleh Al-Shehri squeezed in a low shot in the 48th minute.
