The seasoned Ghanaian actress Madam Grace Omaboe, commonly known as Maame Dokono, claims that leaving her first spouse was her biggest life regret.

Many people are reposting an old video of the actress discussing her previous marriages in the hopes that her message would spread and inform the general public.

“I have been married twice, but the last one was quite difficult for me. I frequently remark that if I had known how my second marriage would have gone, Maame Dokono told Delay, she would have remained with her first husband.

Maame Dokono stated that she felt pressured to leave a wonderful man because of her disagreements with her first husband’s family and her ignorance. She disclosed that despite being married to someone else, they have kept up a friendly connection in which he helps her out when she needs it.

Mame Dokono claimed that although her second husband arrived with all the frivolous things, he did not treat her well.

“I always say that if I had known then what I know now about marriage, I wouldn’t have left him.

I wish to dedicate my life to helping underprivileged women and children after ending these two marriages.

In addition, Maame Dokono offered some words of wisdom to single ladies everywhere, advising them to “be patient and marry a man who will understand you. a guy who cares for you Not someone who will trick you with his wealth and good looks.

“Speak to him such that you both understand one another. Don’t be arrogant. Time progresses. Be modest and look for a decent man. Good men are hard to come by, so when you do, treat him like an egg.

The former Peace and Love Orphanage in Accra, which is now Graceful Grace School, is run by the Ghanaian actress, singer, television personality, author, and former politician.
