GRA shuts down Regal Chinese Restaurant in Osu

The Regal Chinese Restaurant in Osu, Accra, has been shut down by the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA).

Due to non-compliance with its E-VAT invoicing system, the development occurred.

As he urged companies to take the necessary action, Joseph Annan, Area Enforcement Manager for Accra Central GRA, stated that the restaurant manager could face legal action.

The GRA can promptly track bills sent to taxpayers because to the E-VAT invoicing system, which helps it keep track of every single transaction.

The program went live in October of this year.
