Global music giant DefJam extends congratulations to Stonebwoy for Grammy consideration

Global music label Def Jam has extended congratulations to the renowned musician Stonebwoy for his consideration at the 66th Grammy Awards. Stonebwoy’s latest album, “5th Dimension,” is being considered for nominations in multiple categories, including “Best Global Music Album,” “Best Reggae Album,” and “Best African Music Performance” for his track “Manodzi” featuring Angelique Kidjo.

The album, featuring collaborations with various artists from different genres, has garnered substantial success, reaching high positions on music charts and even debuting at No. 8 on the Billboard World Reggae Album Chart.

Stonebwoy, who previously received a Grammy award certificate for his involvement in a nominated project, has been actively engaged with the Grammy Awards scheme, including performing on the Global Spin Platform and participating in discussions about his creative process.

In 2021, he was also invited to become an Academy member of the prestigious scheme.
