Chris Hughton set to travel to Ghana next week for unveiling

The 64-year-old is scheduled to visit Ghana next week for his introduction as the new Black Stars head coach, which came almost two weeks after the (GFA) made the announcement.

Since March 2022, the former Newcastle head coach has served as the technical advisor for the Ghana national team.

Hughton succeeds Otto Addo, who left his position after Ghana’s World Cup 2022 team placed last in Group G.

The passing of his father Willie Hughton has delayed his introduction as the new head coach of the four-time AFCON champions.
