Hon. Mr. Ismail Tuohesung Issahaque, a B.A English student of UEW and formerly the Local National Union of Ghana Students president for the 2022/2023 academic year. Currently, an aspirant of the National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS) as the General Secretary.

Hon. Mr. Ismail Tuohesung Issahaque was born on 3rd April 1999. He is a native of Wa Municipal of the Upper West Region of Ghana. He has his primary, junior high school and senior school education in the Upper West region of Ghana. Throughout his education, he has been a leader because of his smartness and brilliant he is.
