Assemblyman, other in court over sale of ECG meters

According to the prosecution, the complainant was renovating a shop in East Legon when the caretaker provided Moore’s contact information to him.

The complainant then contacted Moore to request an ECG meter. Upon learning of Moore’s activities, the complainant informed the ECG Legal and Prosecution Unit.

Moore later brought the ECG meter to the complainant for purchase, but instead was arrested by the complainant. The ECG meter was retrieved from Moore and he was cautioned.

During interrogation, Moore indicated that Kotei had sold him the ECG meter for GH₵400 in Damfa.

The prosecution stated that on March 20, 2023, Moore sent threatening messages to the complainant on WhatsApp, indicating that tampering and selling ECG meters was his business, and that the complainant should be cautious because he also sells pistols.
