In an interview with ABN Radio in Kumasi before the incident at the Wizkid Concert, the Ekorso hitmaker asserted that he invented the drill genre in Ghana.
The controversy during the event arose from the Asakaa Boys’ method of responding to the remark.
When contacted about the event, Kofi Jamar declined to comment because he is presently promoting his new single, Plan B, and getting ready to release another project.
He added that his team had gotten in touch with their attorneys and had given them the proper advice.
The album Plan B by Kofi Jamar is being played on the radio and on all other streaming services.
