THE FRANCIS ASARE FOUNDATION, founded by His Excellency Francis Asare- TESCON-UEW president , as part of their normal routine made a huge donation to the SAVIOR CHILDREN FOUNDATION located in Kasoa
In his speech, he said,
“When children are connected to their families, extended families and loving foster families, they can enjoy healthy and productive lives. Not only does your gift help reunite children with families—it helps prevent children from entering orphanages in the first place. Your support also ensures that families have the resources they need so children can thrive.”
When we think of an orphan, we think of a child who has lost both parents. However, the majority of children in orphanages have living family members. Children in orphanages who still have immediate or extended family members, fall into two groups: those whose families placed them into orphanages because they couldn’t afford to care for them, and those who were removed from their families because they were being mistreated.

The Savior Children Foundation is located in Kasoa Ghana. Patrick Nwodobeh founded the organization in 2011 and it has now become a vital part of the community of Kasoa. At the Savior Children Foundation we hope for better opportunities for the children of Ghana. We are an orphanage, school, church, playground and home. Staff work hard to help these children experience all the happiness, love and possibilities life has to offer.

Psalm 68:5 tells us, “Father of the fatherless and protector of widows is God in his holy habitation.” His aim is to show orphans mercy, care, and protection, and because these waiting children are essential to him, they should be essential to us as his Church.
